Refund and cancellation policy
If TesterAgent is not right for you, ask within [[OWNER: refund window in days — 14 on the first payment? (REFUND_DAYS)]] days of the first payment of a subscription and we refund it in full; the paid plan then ends at once. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, makes the refund.

Cancel anytime
Cancel on the Billing page (or in Lemon Squeezy’s customer portal via “Manage payment & invoices”). You are not charged again and keep the plan until the end of the period already paid; then the account moves to the Free plan and your data stays.
First payment: full refund within [[OWNER: refund window in days — 14 on the first payment? (REFUND_DAYS)]] days
Within [[OWNER: refund window in days — 14 on the first payment? (REFUND_DAYS)]] days of the first payment of a subscription (monthly or yearly) you get a full refund on request. A full refund ends the paid plan immediately and cancels the subscription, so it never renews.
Renewals and unused time
Renewal payments and unused days of a period are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we end your account without a reason in our Terms. If we give a partial refund (for example as a goodwill gesture), your plan stays active until the end of the period.
Plan changes
Switching between Pro and Business or monthly and yearly is prorated by the payment provider: you pay the difference for an upgrade and get a credit for a downgrade.
How to ask for a refund
Write to [[OWNER: contact email (CONTACT_EMAIL)]] / the Contact page from your account email with the order number from your receipt. Refunds are made by Lemon Squeezy (or PayPal, for PayPal subscriptions) to the original payment method; banks usually need 5–10 business days to show it. Payments in kip by BCEL One QR are refunded by bank transfer. Lemon Squeezy may also refund a purchase under its own buyer terms.
